Happy Memorial Day from all of us at September's Bride!

We WILL be open our regular hours on Saturday, May 28.  (10 am - 4 pm)  Appointments are always appreciated and suggested!

We will be CLOSED on Monday, May 30 to honor Memorial Day and allow our team to spend time with their friends and family.

Remember that at September's Bride, we give a Military Discount to any wedding couple who is serving in or a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.  Please ask; we would be honored to share details and thank you for your service to our country.

Here are Justin & Jenna, looking absolutely fabulous on their wedding day!

Jenna chose a lovely gown from Casablanca Bridal.  It is ivory chiffon with a champagne inset at the waist.

It's all about the shoes!

I am always captivated by a bow.  I love the modern twisted bow here with the small detail of rhinestones peeking out.  These shoes would look wonderful with so many styles of wedding gowns.

They are dyeable, too!

If you're a Classic Bride: Picture them in Tiffany as your "Something Blue" peeking out from beneath a silk satin ballgown or sheath!

If you're a Vintage Bride: They would look romantic and fabulous in Champagne or Dark Ivory with a lace gown.

Are you a Fun Rock-N-Roll Bride:  Definitely Hot Pink with Tea-Length Gown!

Whatever your style, we have shoes that will make you comfortable, stylish, and absolutely stunning on your wedding day!

What do you think?

If you've been following this blog, my Facebook page, or my Tweets (@9bride), you know that I was mildly obsessed with the Royal Wedding of William & Kate.  I had good reason to be, and the royal couple did not disappoint!  I predict some great trends coming out of the UK for wedding-related fashion and festivities over the next few years.

However, I do wonder exactly how far American brides are going to take this inspiration?  Should we be stocking up on look-alikes to Kate's gown?

One of our gown designers, Justin Alexander, has created a gown almost EXACTLY like the one that Kate wore on April 29.  I'm looking for your input...do you think that brides want to wear this?  Would you buy it for your bridal boutique?  Give me your thoughts...
